Welcome to Mova, an AI-powered messenger that automatically translates messages so people can communicate across different languages. By creating an account or using Mova, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Mova.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mova. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or, where required by the law of your country, the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• You register using your phone number.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.
• You must not allow unauthorized access to your account or use someone else's account without permission.

Mova is an AI messenger that lets you:

• send and receive messages, and voice or media content where enabled;
• automatically translate messages between languages;
• set a preferred language so conversations and the interface adapt to you;
• access premium features where they are available.

Translations in Mova are generated automatically by AI systems. They may contain mistakes, omissions, or incorrect tone or meaning.

• You own the content you create and send through Mova.
• You grant Mova a limited license to process, store, transmit, translate, display and otherwise use your content only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you communicate with.
• If you give separate consent, de-identified translation data may be used to improve translation quality and Koko AI, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for the content you send and for ensuring you have the right to send it.

When using Mova, you must not engage in:

• spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
• scams or fraud;
• impersonation of other people or organizations;
• harassment or bullying;
• hateful content or violent threats;
• sexual exploitation or any violation of child safety;
• illegal content or activity;
• distribution of malware or harmful code;
• scraping, or abusive reverse engineering of the service;
• attempts to bypass moderation or security measures;
• using Mova as a substitute for emergency services.

• You can report messages, users, groups and channels.
• Mova may review reports and the content related to them.
• Mova may restrict or remove content, and may warn, mute, suspend or terminate accounts.
• Moderation actions may be taken at Mova's reasonable discretion to protect users and the service.

Where group and channel features are available or introduced:

• administrators are responsible for managing their groups and channels;
• Mova may act on content that is reported or illegal.

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Billing is handled through the App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider.
• Cancellation and refunds are handled under the rules of the relevant platform or payment provider.
• Mova may change features or prices, with notice where required by law.

Mova relies on third parties such as AI providers, app stores, hosting providers, and speech or video tools. When you use Mova, you may also be subject to the terms of those third parties.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms. By using Mova, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

• You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
• Mova may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, security or legal reasons, or abuse of the service.

Mova is under active development. The service may change, be interrupted, or contain bugs. We do not guarantee that Mova will be available without interruption or error.

The Mova name, logo, software and features belong to Mova and its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer them, except to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Mova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations, nor the compatibility or uninterrupted availability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.

Unless mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mova's operator is established (currently the individual operator's place of residence). Any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country of residence continue to apply. Once Mova is incorporated as a legal entity, this section will be updated with the applicable governing law and dispute-resolution details.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Mova after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes where required.
